This refers to the editorial, ‘No accountability?’. It is true that the PPP has repealed the National Accountability Ordinance to protect its own interests. The political party has been plundering Sindh for so long – misusing public funds etc. – and has not done enough to meet the expectations of the people.

Through this action, the party has made an impression that it wants to save those corrupt politicians who belong to the PPP. Now, all the cases against those politicians are absolved. It is unfortunate that in order to bolster its governance in the province, the Sindh government has repealed the National Accountability Ordinance.
