K-Electric would like to inform that some parts of the Soldier Bazaar area experienced power disruption during the last few days due to planned annual preventive maintenance. This maintenance work should not be confused with loadshedding.
Customers who are registered with KE’s 8119 service, which is the most effective way to stay updated about such developments, are also intimated via SMS prior to these planned shutdowns. Customers can also access this information on KE’s official website and through social media platforms or by dialling 118. KE regrets the inconvenience caused to the consumers during the development work. However, it would like to assert that all work is part of the power utility’s efforts to enhance the reliability of power supply across its network.
